Finnish 2.4mR association owns boats that can be chartered. Usually there is one or two big Finnish trailers full of boats heading to the worlds which are held on European continent. These association charterboats can be fitted to the trailers when the dialog is started enough early.
Assocation owns boats are equipped with handsteering and even with self tacking jib. Also standard boats with foot steering are available. Mainly the boats come with charger masts, but if needed superstar masts can also be arranged.
